Environmental, social and governance statements should identify the action, evidence and time period. ONU’s mission is not itself proof of environmental benefit or health impact. This page does not invent carbon measurements, audited sustainability results, certifications or workforce statistics.

Device decisions and environmental questions
Before buying additional hardware, consider whether an existing supported device meets your need. Ask about materials, repair, packaging, service life and disposal instructions for the actual product. A product photograph or a long battery claim does not establish a lifecycle assessment.

People, access and responsible health information
Useful wellbeing resources should explain limitations, avoid stigmatizing language and support people with different devices and circumstances. Evaluate accessibility and the clarity of permissions alongside features. Individual health information should not become an employment-performance measure or an unreviewed marketing claim.

Governance and requests for evidence
The Trust Center links the relevant policies and safety boundaries. For procurement or reporting requirements, request the specific evidence needed and identify the scope. Do not infer an independent ESG audit or a compliance certification from a general description of principles.
