What matters, what to check, and where to go from here.
- 01A LITTLE MORE CLARITY
Define the partnership before choosing the integration
Identify who the service is for, the problem to solve and the role each organization would take. Distribution, care provision and technical integration require different responsibilities. A useful first brief names the audience, geography, intended workflow and expected operational owner.
- 02A LITTLE MORE CLARITY
Agree the data and consent boundaries
Describe which data would be needed, why it is needed, how permission would be obtained and which party would control each part of the workflow. Do not send identifiable health records in an initial commercial enquiry. Data handling, retention and contractual terms need to be agreed for the actual project.

Start with a measurable pilot
Define the pilot group, the user journey, support responsibilities and criteria for deciding whether to continue. Distinguish engagement or operational measures from clinical outcomes; a small pilot should not be represented as evidence of a medical benefit it did not establish.

What to include when contacting ONU
Share a short organization description, target audience, proposed use case, location, timeline and a business contact. Explain whether you need a commercial discussion, a care partnership or technical scoping. Current capabilities and availability are confirmed during that discussion.
