What these checklists do
The health picture contains seventeen topic-specific checks: eight prevention areas and nine condition questionnaires. They help you organize observations and questions. They are not validated diagnostic tests, clinical risk calculators or a way to confirm or exclude a condition.

Choose a subject for a reason
Select the topic related to the concern you want to describe, then read what the check can and cannot tell you. Do not complete every questionnaire just to seek reassurance. A symptom can have several causes, and overlapping checklist answers do not establish which explanation applies.

Use the result as a conversation aid
Review the observations you marked, their timing and how they affect your day. Bring original reports and a current medicine list when relevant. Use the appropriate secure care channel for personal records; general website enquiry forms are not intended for identifiable health information.

Do not wait during an urgent concern
If you think there is an emergency, use local emergency services. A completed checklist or reassuring wearable score cannot rule out urgent illness. For persistent or worsening symptoms, seek appropriate professional assessment rather than repeating questionnaires until an answer feels reassuring.
