What matters, what to check, and where to go from here.
01A LITTLE MORE CLARITY
Find the policy for the decision you are making
Privacy explains collection and use of information; Health Data addresses health-specific handling; Terms governs use of the service; regional AI terms address the applicable AI conditions. Plain-language summaries help navigation but do not replace those formal documents. Read the policy relevant to your location and activity.
02A LITTLE MORE CLARITY
Ask for evidence of a specific assurance
An explanation of a framework is different from a current certification or independent audit. If a purchasing or compliance decision requires evidence, request the scope, date and relevant report through ONU’s official route. Do not infer certification simply because a standard is described on a security page.
03A LITTLE MORE CLARITY
Understand wellness and clinical boundaries
Consumer data and AI outputs can support organization and questions, but cannot establish a diagnosis or replace clinical judgment. Care services need an appropriately licensed provider and confirmed availability. A reassuring app score does not remove the need to get concerning symptoms assessed.

Use the correct channel for requests
Follow the current privacy policy for access, deletion, correction or export requests. Product support and medical care are separate channels. Do not send passwords, full payment details or identifiable health reports through a general website enquiry; request the appropriate secure route if required.
