  1. 01A LITTLE MORE CLARITY

    When tracking should stop

If you believe there is a medical emergency, call local emergency services now. A reassuring wearable score cannot exclude an emergency, and an app or general enquiry form is not monitored as an emergency service. Do not wait for more readings or a reply before getting appropriate help.

  2. 02A LITTLE MORE CLARITY

Know the number for your location

The emergency number is 911 in the United States, 999 in the United Kingdom and 112 across the European Union. If you are elsewhere, use the local emergency number. Tell the dispatcher where you are and follow their instructions.

  3. 03A LITTLE MORE CLARITY

    Urgent but non-emergency questions

Use a suitable local healthcare or urgent-care service when you need prompt advice but do not believe the situation is an emergency. Digital wellness insights cannot triage you reliably. Provider availability and response times should be confirmed before relying on a messaging pathway.
