A smartwatch and a wellness app are different categories
Apple Watch is hardware with an on-wrist display and health, activity and connectivity features. ONU is an app that can use supported connected information; its optional Bracelet is screen-free. If you need navigation, notifications or other smartwatch functions, compare hardware that actually provides those functions.

Health features depend on model and region
Apple’s current documentation describes several health features, including sleep and heart-related notifications, but availability and requirements vary. Check your Watch model, software and country. Do not assume every Apple feature is present on every model or that importing data gives ONU the same capabilities.

Using information together
Apple Health is a supported ONU source. Review permissions and the information available in your account. Keep the original Apple records and settings for device-specific features. A consumer insight can help organize a question but should not override medical advice or a concerning symptom.

What to compare before buying
Consider charging and overnight wear, fit, phone compatibility, the need for a display and total cost. If you already own a Watch, determine whether another wearable adds useful information before purchasing one. Use the current official Apple guide to verify features rather than treating a comparison page as a model specification.
