What matters, what to check, and where to go from here.
- 01A LITTLE MORE CLARITY
Compare tools by the task, not the number of features
A wearable collects signals; a companion app organizes or interprets information; a lab membership arranges tests; a clinician assesses health questions. These categories overlap but are not interchangeable. Choose the task first so a cheaper subscription or larger panel does not distract from what you need.
- 02A LITTLE MORE CLARITY
Compare the complete cost
Include hardware, membership, repeat testing, clinical review, shipping and any separate services relevant to you. Confirm country eligibility and renewal terms. A lab membership that includes collection is not directly price-comparable with an app using existing information, and annual billing is an upfront commitment.
- 03A LITTLE MORE CLARITY
Look at evidence and limitations
Ask what is measured versus estimated, whether a score uses your personal baseline and which decisions the product can support. Manufacturer descriptions help establish features but are not independent proof of clinical benefit. Read original provider pages for the current model and offer before buying.
- 04A LITTLE MORE CLARITY
Decide what can work together
An existing wearable may already supply the information you want, and ONU may help organize supported sources. Do not assume every provider is integrated or every metric is imported. The individual comparison pages explain category differences and the practical questions to resolve before a purchase.
