Choose whether an on-wrist screen is useful
A screen-free band prioritizes collecting information without a display. A smartwatch can provide a visible interface and other functions depending on the model. If you need live workout information, maps, calling or wrist notifications, list those requirements before choosing a minimalist band.

Comfort and overnight wear matter
Consider strap material, fit, profile, charging frequency and whether you will consistently wear the device at night. A theoretically capable device cannot provide an overnight reading while it is on the charger. Review battery claims under the settings you expect to use rather than comparing only maximum advertised figures.

Sensor lists need careful reading
Differentiate direct measurements, estimated stages, calculated scores and notifications. More listed features do not automatically mean more accurate results. A CE marking or ordinary water-resistance claim is not proof that a product can diagnose a condition or replace a validated medical monitor.

Compare the complete experience
Check phone compatibility, recurring fees, information export, privacy controls and source documentation. The ONU Bracelet is optional; an existing supported wearable may be enough. Choose the combination that serves your actual task and read the technical specifications before buying hardware.
