Garmin centers on a device and training ecosystem
Garmin offers a broad range of watches and tools for activity and health-related estimates. Features such as Body Battery and HRV Status depend on the device. ONU can organize information from supported Garmin connections, but is not a replacement for model-specific navigation, sport tracking or device settings.
- 02A LITTLE MORE CLARITY
Scores describe a provider’s method
Garmin explains Body Battery through combinations of heart rate, HRV and movement. Its scores are not directly equivalent to another app’s recovery total. Keep the original source and compare like-for-like readings before interpreting a discrepancy as a change in your health.

Consider an existing Garmin first
If you already wear a compatible Garmin, review what the ONU integration makes available and whether its organization features help your task. Do not assume every Garmin metric transfers or that an additional band is necessary. Use Garmin Connect for source data and the watch’s original instructions.

Match the actual model to your needs
Compare sports, battery use, display, maps, fit and supported features on the specific watch—not on the Garmin brand as a whole. Review any recurring app costs separately. Wellness estimates can support context, but medical decisions and urgent concerns need appropriate care.
