Testing, medical review, app organization and hardware are separate categories of value; do not compare their headline subscription prices as if every inclusion were identical.

Before buying a panel, confirm who reviews it, how an important result is communicated and what follow-up or clinical service is included. Understand the difference between an educational summary and a provider taking responsibility for an individual care decision. Keep your usual clinician involved where appropriate.

Check Superpower’s current included markers, collection and retesting arrangements, geographic eligibility, membership renewal and separately charged services. Counts and offers change. For ONU, review current app billing and the features available with your records; do not assume lab collection is included.

A full report needs its collection date, units and reference intervals. An app score or a model-derived age estimate is not a substitute for understanding the actual findings. Choose testing around a useful clinical question, and compare service responsibilities rather than a promise of complete certainty.
