ONU's Consumer Health Data Policy will address health-specific data categories — biometric identifiers, wearable-derived data, and uploaded lab or biomarker results — and any state-level consumer health data laws that apply (such as Washington's My Health My Data Act and similar frameworks), separate from the general Privacy Policy given the heightened sensitivity of this data category.

Until this policy is published, the compliance badges shown on the Security page reference frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001, etc.) that this dedicated health-data policy would otherwise support in more detail — treat this as a launch-blocking gap, not a low-priority item.
