One reading tells you almost nothing.

YOUR OWN ANSWERS

Your mean blood pressure

Enter the readings you took on one day, one per line, as 120/80. This averages them — which is what a clinician does with a home series — and flags any single reading at a severe level.

Arithmetic on the numbers you entered. It is not a diagnosis, and a single set of readings is not enough to judge anything on its own.

What you walk away with

Three things, in about five minutes.

01

Your readings, averaged the way they should be

Enter the readings from one day and get the mean, calculated with the formula shown. A single anxious measurement stops being the whole story.

02

An outlier is never smoothed away

A severe individual reading is flagged on its own, even when the average looks unremarkable. Averaging must not hide the one number that matters.

03

A clear line for urgency

Readings at or above the conservative alert threshold route you straight to urgent care, with no product offer attached.

What it looks at

Nothing hidden behind the result.

Your readings

  • Systolic and diastolic values from one date
  • The mean across those readings
  • Any individual reading at a severe level

Everyday life

  • Movement and activity
  • Sleep
  • Alcohol and smoking
  • Salt-heavy diet pattern

Your history

  • Age
  • Family history
  • Existing diagnoses

How it works

Three steps. No sign-up to begin.

  1. 01

    Measure properly first

The model expects several readings taken on the same day — typically two in the morning and two in the evening, seated and rested.

  2. 02

    Enter them together

The mean is computed from what you enter. Readings from another date are labelled as historical rather than mixed in.

  3. 03

Take the pattern to a clinician

A home pattern is useful evidence for an appointment. It is not a substitute for a clinical diagnosis of hypertension.

What this is not.

  • This is a structured worksheet, not a diagnosis. It cannot tell you whether you have a condition or predict that you will develop one.
  • An average of home readings does not establish that your measurement technique or device is accurate.
  • No risk tier or index from the source model is published — its category boundaries are not settled.
  • If you have symptoms that worry you, contact a healthcare professional rather than waiting for an app.
